
I've been eating raw. So, yesterday, I forgive myself for eating a couple of bites of beef stroganoff and a few bites of black beans, potato, fried onions, and well it sounds like a lot, but, i seriously, only had nibbles. i think i've been drinking oatmeal raisin smoothies and they really do a good job of filling me up. i didn't have any more raisins yesterday. it's thursday, a new day. my hope and ambition is to keep eating raw. i've been reading on the internet that the first few days may be hard. i'm surprised that on my third day is when i started having trouble. there is probably some scientific detoxification reason. but, for now i'll give a sister a break.
i can't believe that only after three days of eating raw i feel skinny and sexy.
THREE DAYS.
i've been exercising for 8 weeks now.
i think that's important to add.
i've just starting really working out on the elliptical and holding my heart rate over 150.
i'd like to read more about heart rates.
maybe next blog i can write about that.
