love my raw food

So, it's been 21 days since blogging. Isn't it amazing. The good news is I've been working out for 11 weeks. I didn't exactly drop the pounds.........but I've reached the summit of the hill. What's the summit of the hill of weight loss, you ask? It's where my fat has transcended into muscle. That's why the scale didn't reflect all of the hard work I've been doing.....
drum roll
until.
another.....drum roll...
lately....
all of a sudden it's like I just keep dropping the pounds.
it will almost be 9 months after i've given birth
that's the deadline i gave myself to lose the baby weight
because that's how long it takes to grow a baby
some of my friends just dropped the baby weight right away
not my case this time around
maybe next time
deep breath in
i'm VERY VERY VERY VERY GRATEFUL to be on the downside of the hill
what a wonderful feeling
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
by the way, i'm walking two hours on the weekdays and working out about an hour in the evening in the gym.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
not bragging
just PROUD that i've stuck with it
i read an article about the founder of a gym in florida who said EVERY SIX WEEKS we must change our workout -- ya know -- shift it up.
so that's why on (EnshAllah) on december 1st i'm going to add the rowing machine.
boy, i have to fight off the urge to do it now.
i'm looking foward to getting my arms back in shape.
when i used to surf on the island several days a week i really had great arms.
i'd like those muscles to remember those days.
so it's nov 21 -- 9 days and it will be TWELVE WEEKS OF EXERCISING.
i believe that makes it a habit, ya know?
also, i eat about 80% of raw foods.
i make my own raw marinara sauce, my own almond - onion crackers, my own juice (with a juicer we bought from ebay), smoothies, pates, desserts -- DESSERT WITHOUT GUILT.
i'm so happy.
i hope this happy feeling stays -- it's because of all of the healthy enzymes i'm injesting.
