this is so strange with the media calling this an economic crisis. i was working at the gym (i'm opting for no-caps as it's 50 minutes for midnight and i'm a morning person) and cnn was on. they had one show after another about the economic crisis. very interesting stuff. fareed from newsweek had the most interesting article. was, as americans, are going to have to save face. very condensed version of his article. but, i have to agree with him. i agree with a great deal of what he writes about b/c he looks at things historically....the big picture kinda thing.
i've really been having difficulties losing weight. but, i believe it to be something deeper than just that.
i think that my other half is so very handsome lying on the couch adn wltching television.
off the subject
i tend to do that.
but, i wonder if some of the weight has some kind of correlation to this economic recession. i heard that people's stress cortisol levels are up which is causing some people to gain weight, even have heart attacks. so, i've given myself a great deal of ocmpassion about the situation. i think it's very important for all of us to realize we are not our bank accounts. we are not money. we are not here to worship money. i was born and raised a capitalist. even when i talk family members i'm a little surprised at how much of their conversations are about money.
okay, off the subject
my other half just explained to me that it's actually a little past ten and all of a sudden i'm not as tired.
see
we humans are so influenced by the physical.
but we aren't here to be human.
i believe we are here to learn.
we are here to heal.
we are here to understand.
we are here to give props and company to the creator of the universe.
i do not know if this is fact.
but
this
is
still what i believe
attack of the killer belief systems
