FOUR CHEESE QUESADILLAS
I just walked three hours with Snuggles. And then, almost beyond free will, I ate four cheese quesadillas.
I'm trying to eat 1379 calories/day.
Um, looks like I might have to borrow a few from yesterday and tomorrow.
My dear friend said not to beat myself up.
She's right.
But, I need the HOW.
