gourmet filmmaker's middle of the month salad

this serves two
fresh herb salad blend=
organic baby lettuce (red & green romain, red & green oak leaf, red leaf, lolla rosa, tango)
organic red & green chard
organic mizuna
organic arugula
organic mache
organic frisee
organic radicchio
organic parsley
organic dill
organic cilantro
1 apple
4 slices turkey or vegan bacon
6 quarter inch slices of celery
12 thinly chopped mint leaves
parsley stems chopped
5 coin sized cucumber slices thinly chopped
1/4 cup blanched, salted, and roasted peanuts
1/8 cup raw walnuts
romano vinaigrette

cook turkey bacon on stove and let cool. start chopping ingredients. add apple last as this browns easily. drop fresh herb salad blend into two bowls. (i used a few ounces from the earthbound farm organic's fresh herb salad).
